Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes we do!

Q: Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size/ colour etc?

A: No you can not. Please read our policy rules! Also, make sure to choose the correct size/quantity/ colour when placing an order,  because we do not accept any returns or refunds.

Q: What happens if I accidently wrote down the wrong shipping/biling address?

A: You will have 3 Days to email us to make the change. Our processing days are a minimum of three days, meaning that your order won't be shipped for 3 days. You then have the chance to email us! This doesn’t apply to the ”one day delivery” service.

Q: How long does the shipping take?

A: To start of, your order will be processed for  3-5 buisness days. Your parcel will then be monitored through postnord.com. Depending on the country your package is being sent to, the shipping time may vary. If you are a Swedish resident, your package should be expected after 2-4 buisness Days. If  you chose the service ”one day delivery”, there won’t be any processing days

F:Once your parcel has been handed over to Postnord.com, BBH is no longer responsible  for your package or its arrival. 

Q: Will I get a Tracking ID when I place an order?

A: Depends on what shipping method you chose
