We at BB’s Haus do NOT accept any refunds, exchanges or returns on any item/product sold from our site. So please make sure to choose the correct size, lenghth, colour & quantity when placing an item in your cart!

                                         Shipping & processing policy

Once your order has been dispatched through Postnord, we no longer are responsible for your package.To prevent any package losses, we recommend you choose trackable shipment at checkout. Depending on your item, the processing days before dispatchment is about 2-5 business days. please note that these days vary depending on the item. 

If you have any concerns or by accident have ordered your package to the wrong address, please make sure to contact us through our contact page within the processing days. We do not control the delivery, for questions regarding your delivery, visit postnord.com 

                                               

                                                      Product issue

Please note that all products are highly checked and reviewed before being dispatched. Our Hair extensions,wigs and accessories are mainly machine made to ensure that issues such as rips or fabric tearing won’t occur. If you are to experience likewise when receiving the package, please contact us through our contact page. 


                                                   

                                        Illegal actions & consequences

Please NOTE that any form of illegal action such as fraud or illegal transaction (to name a few) will be reported. We at BBH will therefore use your contact info to file your report. Accusations such as “not receiving your package” will also be reported.  All packages dispatched from BBH are monitored from us and the costumer. Meaning that we at BBH get updated on your packages arrival. Therefore, causing a false accusation will be reported.
